Pre-security
Gunnebo’s PreSec gates greatly speed up the initial check of valid boarding passes to allow passengers through to Departures.
The scanners in these gates can read any form of boarding pass quickly and reliably, whether it’s been printed at home, from the airport check-in kiosk or has been sent to their smart phone.
Lounge access
The gate is connected to the database of the respective airline or lounge operator, providing a seamless service.
Boarding
Gunnebo’s BoardSec automated gates reduce the burden on airline staff by enabling passengers to validate their own boarding passes.
As with a manual BGR, confirmation from the airline host comes within milliseconds. Once received the gates give access for the passenger to board the aircraft.
Border control
Gunnebo’s ImmSec immigration gate is an automated, accurate identification reader that speeds up border checks while maintaining absolute security.
Depending on government legislation, ImmSec can be integrated with readers for smart ID cards, MRTDs and RFID passports, as well as biometric capture technology.
Arrivals
As passengers arrive at their destination airport, Gunnebo’s PasSec gates control the flow of arrivals from secure to non-secure areas safely and efficiently.
The PasSec gates enable fast flow of high passenger volumes and prevent any passenger from returning or passing from landside back to airside.
